I must say, this Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie recipe is a great way to satisfy that sweet tooth, not to mention a great way to get your day started on the right foot!
Some mornings I find myself needing something more than just the normal routine and normal go-to breakfast. On the mornings that I need something quick, but powerful for breakfast, making a smoothie usually comes in handy.
I love smoothies because they feel really filling to me and usually curbs my appetite for hours. Plus they are super easy to make.
This recipe is pretty simple and all you really need are a few quick, tasty ingredients and a blender.
Plus it includes cocoa (I just can’t seem to live without it), which has many health benefits like improved blood flow to your brain, reduction in high blood pressure and a lower risk for heart attacks and strokes, just to name a few.

-8 oz Almond Milk
-1/4 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
-2 TBS Cocoa Powder
-1 Frozen Banana
-1 TBS Honey (optional)
